These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between weibd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the weibd website located at https://weibd.com and all associated sub-pages, services, games, and promotional offers.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet on weibd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and are the sole authoritative version. Any informal summaries, customer support communications, or marketing materials that appear to conflict with these Terms shall be superseded by the wording contained herein.

By using weibd, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access, navigate, or place bets on the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers
• Exploiting known software bugs, errors in odds, or system malfunctions for financial gain
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing weibd staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer any software, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure

weibd monitors platform activity continuously for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are detected, the platform may suspend the relevant account immediately, freeze any associated balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game category.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and released if the investigation concludes in the player's favour.
